Credit Points

The Childrensalon Credit Points are credit points that you can use for a discount when you shop with us.

How does it work?

From the moment you become a member of Childrensalon, you will start collecting credit points with every order you place. All the points you collect can be used as a discount on future orders.

Every £1 spent = 1p credit (1 point)
Every £100 spent = £1 credit (100 points)

How do I check my points?

The credit you have collected is in the Credit Points section of your customer account. Here you can check how many points you have saved, the discount it's worth and your balance history.

Spending my points for a discount

You can use your points any time you make an order. The next time you shop with us you can redeem your points for a discount at the payment stage of the checkout, where you will see an option to "Use my credit points" as part or total payment for your order.
