Easy returns policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale but excluding personalised) within 20 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
What you need to do:
- Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order (download here)
- The original receipt should be enclosed with your order
- Use the returns address label on the bottom of your invoice, just add stamps
- Mark the returns label as "refund' or "exchange". This will mean your return is dealt with quickly
- Returns must be packaged carefully, with each item in it's original condition and all labels attached and hangers included. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU must be labeled ‘Returned unwanted GB merchandise’ to avoid import duties

What happens next?
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
- The details of this will also be posted to your account
- Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time
PLEASE NOTE
- Childrensalon reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Childrensalon do not take responsibility for items lost in transit, please use a secure service.
Optional Services
UK - FREE RETURNS / COLLECTION
Please use the pre-paid Royal Mail address label (click here to download). We recommend you pop it into the Post Office for tracking and proof of delivery - this is completely free. For a more convenient service, contact us and we'll arrange a collection with DPD. A small fee of £5 (for up to 2 kilos) will be deducted from your refund total for this service.
MIDDLE EAST - COLLECTION
For a more convenient service, we can arrange for a collection from your house - just contact us and we'll do the rest. A fee of £10 (for up to 2 kilos) will be deducted from your order total for this service.
Available in: UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Turkey.
USA
If you would prefer to send via internal post, you can send to our New York office and we'll do the rest. The fee of £12 (up to 2 kilos) will be deducted from your refund total. New York address: Childrensalon/Lon1, 147-29, 182nd Street, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413, USA
