Customer Service Advisor

Childrensalon enjoy a reputation for excellent customer service, we are now looking for another team member to help out in our busy office.

We like to see:

• Good typing skills, comfortable with computers
• Comfortable using a translator to converse with overseas customers, or ideally language skills
• Unflappable approach
• Constantly trying to improve our systems and processes

• A knowledge of children’s sizes
• An understanding of other cultures, languages and a knowledge of where countries are in the world.

Head Office & Warehouse: Stock Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Stock Assistant to work within one of the UK’s leading Children’s Fashion Retailer. Childrensalon is an established retailer offering the very best selections of the world’s finest luxury children’s designer clothing including Dior, Burberry, Armani, Hugo Boss, Chloe and many others.
Our customers and suppliers alike, expect exceptional quality of service in all aspects from the customer service we offer. We take pride in ensuring stock is kept well maintained, customers are receiving the correct items and the packaging is done in the best possible way.
As we continue to expand in the global market, we seek a talent who will grow with us and keep us the leaders of the market. They will have to be a hard worker, self motivated, enjoy a challenge, able to take initiative, and have a keen interest in children’s clothing

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in stock control
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with back ends of websites
• A good eye for detail
• Able to maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
• Capable of working under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Have a love and passion for fashion and product
• Ability to converse in a different language (not essential)

Junior Product Copywriter & Content Editor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time junior copywriter and content editor to join our busy team. Ideal applicants should have a keen interest in fashion and childrenswear, as well as an understanding of mothers. You should also have an appreciation of design and quality and the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal. You will work as part of a small, fast paced team and will be responsible for writing and editing copy for all our products.
