Applicants should have a genuine love of product and be able to demonstrate they can write to accurately describe designer childrenswear products to a global audience. 
You should have a keen interest in fashion and childrenswear, an appreciation of design and quality, and ideally will be CMS savvy although full training will be given. 
You will work as part of a small, fast-paced team and will be responsible for writing product descriptions for all our products and publishing them onto our website.

WEB ANALYST - ECOMMERCE

Excellent opportunity for a Web Analyst to join a renowned ecommerce, working from the Head Office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Working alongside our Marketing, BI(Business Intelligence), Digital Design and Editorial teams, the Web Data Analyst will analyse performance across our digital channels (from campaigns to acquisition to conversion) and provide reports with actionable insight to the business.

Childrensalon is growing rapidly, and your remit will grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with analytical and strategic capabilities that wants to have meaningful impact on a fast-paced, growing entrepreneurial business.

The successful candidate should be have a statistical or mathematical educational background and be able to demonstrate examples of key achievements based upon analytical recommendations made.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide data-driven insights on consumer behaviour across our ecommerce and marketing channels
  • Analyse and report on user behaviour from acquisition to customer journey to checkout on new and existing functionalities
  • Track and provide performance analysis of marketing campaigns, newsletters, content and social media, providing actionable recommendations
    • Calculation of potential sales and success metrics behind tests to inform prioritisation
    • Responsible for sharing reporting and results with teams, including overall online customer behaviour and marketing campaign performance
    • Work with teams to explore ways to improve conversion rate, customer satisfaction, site optimization, campaign effectiveness etc.
    • Maintain web analytics solution
    • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniques
    • Strong understanding of web analytics implementation throughout websites and applications, and perform quality checks to ensure tracking and reporting is correct

KEY SKILLS

  • Strong user of Google Analytics
  • Data-driven and able to translate data and trends into powerful strategies
  • Must be customer focused and have experience providing insight on customer behaviour
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • An understanding of the different channels within ecommerce and how they interact with each other including email, SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Social, Site Optimisation

We are a creative and innovative online fashion retail company that is growing quickly. We are now looking for a Junior Digital Designer, to assist with general design duties in our design team.

About you

We are looking for someone interested in working in the online fashion retail sector, with a desire to do great work, and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for digital design.

You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a design or design related degree, or years commercial experience working for an agency/in-house. You will have a very creative online portfolio of work, demonstrating your passion for design and showing off your design skills.

You will also need to demonstrate good attention to detail and a clear understanding of the fundamentals behind effective UI design (and the desire to try new things & experiment). You will need to be a confident communicator, both verbally and visually and have a passion for learning new ways to improve what you do.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A strong portfolio, demonstrating fundamentals of UI design principles, and a ton of creativity is a must!
  • A passion for digital design and demonstrable interest in what’s going on in this area
  • Working knowledge of CSS & HTML

About You

We are looking for someone to join our marketing team as a PR Manager who will help build on Childrensalon’s already established reputation as a market leader in luxury childrenswear. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness within the global luxury market, increasing customer numbers and driving sales, as well as helping to grow a small team. Reporting to the Brand Director, your PR strategy will be in line with all marketing campaigns, events and other company activities and you will help promote them to key journalists, the general public and other relevant audiences. You will be creative, have an impressive contacts book, be a dab hand at social media and be passionate about the luxury industry and helping take the Childrensalon brand to the next level.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Global PR strategy for Childrensalon’s e-commerce website

• Build and maintain media relationships with long-lead, short-lead,mainstream media, trade magazines and blogs, working to secure positive coverage for both the e-commerce site and the store

• Write, edit and distribute press releases and other relevant PR materials to all key contacts and follow up accordingly

• Draft statements and respond to media requests on behalf of Childrensalon as well as company spokespeople

• Secure product placement on a regular basis in all key media worldwide to drive sales

• Work with editorial team to secure and promote newsworthy stories/brand features and exclusive collaborations

• Act as a brand ambassador for Childrensalon

• Keep Leadership team and Marketing Management informed of all activities and press coverage

• Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all PR departments of brands stocked by Childrensalon

• Manage and execute PR events

• Work with Marketing team to devise PR strategy that applies to target cities/publications/customer segments

• Work to proactively build on Childrensalon’s reputation with target audiences, aligning all communications with corporate brand positioning

• Suggest ideas/initiatives to drive customer growth and brand awareness in global markets

 

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion PR
